ROSCELY NAILS Reviews

Love this place. Quality service, reasonable prices! Even when they're super busy, they make time for everyone. My only complaint is that everyone knows about it!

Facility is clean, staff is friendly, and prices are reasonable; however, appointments are not honored. I've been here twice before as a walk-in and got good service but this past week, there's been a long wait as a walk-in, so I made an appointment thinking I'll get through. But today I went to the facility a few minutes before my appointment time and was told I have to wait 30min. I only needed a regular pedicure. I made this appointment during my lunch hour at work, so waiting an extra 30min after already making an appointment was unacceptable. I don't see the sense in allowing customers to make appointments if it's not going to be prioritized. This was very disappointing since I do really like this nail salon but I find the services somewhat negligent if they're not honoring appointments at the appointed times they are scheduled. Please note, upon my arrival to the facility there were four other customers in the waiting area with at least one who I've confirmed had an appointment scheduled as well but was told to wait well past her appointment time.

Great place, great service and everyone is so nice. And amazing prices. Will definitely go here again. I wasn't expecting the shoulder massage while waiting for my nails to dry so it caught me by surprise, I genuinely thought the girl thought I was tense and was doing me a favor lmao! Great place!

I love my nails! The staff are super kind and helpful. Services were fast and prices were reasonable. The shop is very clean. My set is beautiful and I love the nail design. Will definitely be returning!

The best nail salon! I am so happy they opened. They do an amazing job. I did UV gel and she did it perfect. My gel pedicure was painted beautifully. I even got a great massage. The whole salon was clean and beautiful. This is my new place! Thank you again !!!
